That's what happens if you give internet access to someone from a pre-industrial time...

Also, Yalala doesn't seem to have fully internalized her cover story yet... (At least she actually speaks a bit of Sanskrit. It was the newest trendy hipster language, back when she went to school.)

(I'd also point out that the crown's buyer is not meant to be the internet activist group with the Guy Fawkes masks. Yalala simply didn't know the word and mistook it for a name.)

Oh, and by the way: The way Kanny is reacting here suggest a certain degree of expertise regarding Atlantean artifacts, right? Well, it seems that Sebastian Mallory (Freder Roseland's guest from Autumn Bay) thinks so too!
Either that or there are even more experts in this field at Gernsbeck University... ;-)

Ah... the wonders of anonymity in auctions. One wonders if/when this will turn up!

Anonymous auctions seems to be all the rage in Gernsbeck... :-D We'll learn who the buyer is soon - it's someone who you will probably not expect... ;-)

Hah! I hope Yalala got a good price for it. And if she's officially part of the team now, I hope she's ready for the mad-cap adventures!

Given that Yalala doesn't know the exchange rate between modern day currency and whatever the Atlanteans used as legal tender... she probably screwed up getting an appropriate price too...

After the shopping fun, the queen paid her debts selling her crown. Yeah! Good girl!

On the plus side: No debts.

On the minus side: A priceless magic Atlantean artifact is now lost forever!
(Oh no, wait, there is even something worse than "lost forever"! Hehehehe...)
