Somebody should tell Ruby-Ann that ambushing and stabbing unsuspecting people in dark alleys is something that the villains are rather supposed to do...

I guess for this year it may be a tad too late for still signing up.
But asking can never hurt, and signing up for next year should certainly be possible!

I think for ComicFurians, the best course of action regarding anything related to VDSD would be to contact lirvilas, because he in turn has the connections to the person running this thing.

You mean because Ruby-Ann's sword is kinda looking like a hedge trimmer?

It's actually supposed to be out of many tiny elements that are connected to each other via hinges, and fold themselves out.
Unfortunately that's a bit hard to convey in just one panel.

For me too, but my comic is set to a weird timezone (which I at first didn't know how to change, and later just I kept it ~~for tradition~~ because I am impatient and like to see my comics going up as early as possible).
When I put the update on 00:00, it's (right now in wintertime) actually updating on 17:00 MEZ on the previous day.

Well, I was just more comfortable drawing a classy pinup rather than e.g. and outright sex scene. ^^
(But at least one can see - gasp! - a nipple!)
