In order to celebrate the 100th posted strip of Cryptida, we are leaving the world of Jules Verne for a short while, and enter that of Arthur Conan Doyle. Sherlock Holmes pastiches have a long tradition, after all.
(Next strip we'll continue with the usual program.)

Many thanks for reading up to this point!

If John Watson had said "what the heck" and "horse crap" in the Holmes books, I feel like I would have enjoyed them significantly more.

Since we are supposed to assume that Watson himself wrote down the accounts of Holmes' exploits, he could simply have censored his own strong language... ;-)
