(Also, Gustav's ability to summon weird spirits has to do with him being a ghost himself, and nothing with his own religious affiliation.)

Unfortunately, the usual methods (e.g. breathing into a paper bag, or just a damn cold shower) don't work on ghosts. :-D

Thanks, I am glad that the summoning turned out so well. :-)

And it never hurts to have character backgrounds with some connection to real life history! :-D

Yes, being able to summon bizzare spirts seemed more like a ghost ability than a Lutheran ability to me, somehow... :p

To be honest, the purpose of this author comment was merely to preventively cover my back, just in case someone takes issue with me showing a pious Christian performing something akin to witchcraft and summoning creatures that look like they could be demons! ;-)

Unfortunately, religious tolerance is a concept that Gustav... struggles with.
