This chapter ends with the reappearance of a certain pirate lady we haven't seen since Chapter 3! (And the secret of that weird coin gets revealed!)

(And as usual, we'll finish with a small epilogue in the next update!)

Thank you! :-)
It's also a good opportunity to show Camilla in compared to back then much improved artwork. (And slightly redesigned.)

Oh, that Camilla looks like a bad 'un.

I was wondering when that coin would pop up again.

She is (quite obviously) a pirate, and they are not exactly known for being saint-like! ;-)

And yes, here is the coin again!

Aah, okay, my mermaid theory wasn't correct after all. But this is better anyways!

So, pirates > mermaids?

Some good heavy explanations through this chapter! Who said we can't learn anything in comics ^^

It's nice to hear that my comic not only has an edutainment value, but also an educational value! :-D

Re-comment time.

Dannnnnnnggggggg... The sheer amount of stuff brought together here, right here, on this page...

I most decidedly tip my fedora to you.

And yes, I am referring both to the callbacks and the foreshadowing...

It always piques my curiosity when comments to my older pages appear! :-D

And thanks, I feel truly flattered!
I often feel that my planning is relatively unstructured and to varying degrees even "on the whim". Like building a tower with at best only a vague idea how the top levels are supposed to look like... (E.g., a big secret of my writing is that I sometimes decide to turn things into "Chekov's guns" only after introducing them. ;-) )

Ah...we see that Ytterbium was signaling the return of Camilla and her band of pirates! And with Peter staying aboard the airship, we might be getting a Peter vs the Pirates Round 2!

One of those conclusions is exactly right... ;-)
