Thank you for reading! By the middle of next week we'll continue with a small Halloween story!

Oh no. Not Camilla. Haven't you caused enough trouble?

Also, I like how in the last panel, the loch ness monster statue looks like it's gazing at the designs as well.

Camilla never tires of causing trouble! :-D

The monster statue peeking over Ytterbium's shoulder was not intentional (it was already there when we saw her rooms for the first time, after all) - but it's certainly a "lucky accident"! :-D

These two are no longer allowed to associate... They never get up to any good.

Interesting fallout from the last bits. I eagerly await seeing where you go next with it.

Unfortunately, you can't exactly give them a restraining order. "Stay away from each other at least 100 m!" ;-)

I am currently in the planing stage of what exactly will happen after the coming Halloween story - but I do already know what it is that Ytterbium is supposed to build for Camilla here! ;-D

Parents murdered in an alley...

Took on a super hero persona...

Ytterbium becoming the Red Lemur...

It all fits!

But now it looks like she's up to no good again!
Microraptor edit delete reply
Oh, but the alternative with the exploded homeworld would fit just as well with later taking up a superhero persona... ;-) ;-)

And yep, unfortunately, Camilla seems to have just the right "bait" to lure her off the Path of Good again...

Chippewa Ghost
Vegas odds are that it's plans for a flying pirate ship.

I would love to permanently put Camilla on an airship, but I fear that this would render her far too similar to the main character of this other ComicFury strip... (I even changed her shirt for the same reason!)
So, good guess, but what the plans actually show is something different. (But hopefully at least just as cool!)

Nice references! XD

Cryptida: Shamelessly referencing all kinds of pop culture (and sometimes high culture) since 2014!

Ha, another super cool chapter! Man, I have to say not every comic title can hold so well the quality for a long time. You've been doing a great job because you're keeping this experience fun and interesting through the chapters.

Wow... Seriously, thank you!
Good to hear that my comic hasn't become stale yet - at least not up to that point!

Your idea for short stories keeps it fresh :)

You could be on to something here... My chosen format allows me to always explore different themes, moods, or even dabble in different genres. (Like how this chapter was superhero-themed, for example.)

Or maybe Ytterbium was raised by her aunt and uncle, and her uncle was tragically murdered by a thief who Ytterbium could have stopped but chose not to? Maybe one day she will fully recover from her amnesia and we'll find out! :)

Another great chapter!

Again thank you! :-)

And believe it or not, but much later I actually went on to hammer out Dr. Ytterbium's ancestry and parentage. (Turned out to be completely different than all of the above suggestions though.)
