The thing with the sewerage inspection robot was looooooong ago - way back in Chapter 1!!!
(And Tarik having been a newbie back then is quite the understatement, considering it was in fact his very first day at work!)

Well, it's good to have an eventful first day of work. In my experience, it's normally 'here, read a bunch of paperwork and talk to HR at some point'

This page is full of shout outs to things that have happened throughout the history Cryptida, and I always think it's cool when a comic has been around long enough to be able to have a lot of references to past events.

Yep, accumulating a lot of lore/canon/worldbuilding factoids is one of my favorite payoffs for showing endurance when writing a wecbcomic! :-D
