My "favourite" dangerous toy are the Sky Dancers...
I even had some cheap toy based on a similar principle (a pull-mechanism brings a helicopter-like propeller in motion). But thankfully, the worst that happened with this is that one day the propeller part landed on top of our tallest cupboard, and was since then never seen again. :-(
