I know, Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik isn't strictly speaking dancing music for a ball. This here is more intended to be an allusion to the fact that in movies and in TV, it almost always gets used as standard snippet for scenarios like this one.

"Piefke" is an Austrian derogatory term for Germans.

BTW, the tidbit about the German and Austrian nobiliary particles is actually true. So who says that you can't learn anything from reading comics...? ;-)

I was worried for a minute that Grabsburg was going to get "grabby," but looks like Mr. Rohenkollern did all the grabbing XD

Ah, his name is just supposed to be a pun on Habsburg, with "Grab" being the German word for... "tomb"!
How native English speakers might perceive this name honestly didn't occur to me back then...
