As announced, here is the Q & A session I prepared for the 600th page!
(Or perhaps more accurately, the 600th update.)
Sören's Amphicar can be seen here, while Ariane Eldar giving Peter the Cousin Itt potion can be seen here.
The two framed panels in Peter's questions are from this page of the 2020 Halloween Crossover Exchange and this page of The Zeppelins Will Rise Again respectively.
A reference to the latter is also Keisha's answer to the Poobah question. Though as of writing this annotation, that part of the story isn't online yet.
And here are the poll results!
Every statistician would probably agree with me that 9 is a too low sample size for being sufficiently representative.
The result however is nevertheless very interesting to me. (E.g. nobody voted for Babette? How surprising!)
Camilla tries to keep up with modern times, but if you have been born so long before that, it's not all too easy.
For example, the last time she watched anything in a movie theatre, that apparently must have been around... 1939!
That's gotta be the record for the most obscure Cryptida character who is somebody's favorite! :-D
Since the dog wasn't listed as a poll option, that would have been one vote for "Somebody else!"
(BTW, another character of which I noticed too late that I forgot to list him as a poll option was Prof. Lidenbrock! Poor neglected Prof. Lidenbrock...)
Poor-poor Sören, I feel your pain! I had my own troubles with the anti-classic-car-zones, too!
Peter darling: Who thought that Kanny is as prude-prude as Babette!
Keisha: I recall Babettes words: "The people came to see my innovative airship designs, not your opulent charms!" I might give you a chance to show them on stage, some day.
- I wonder if waterways are included in restricted zones for cars too...
But for those there are probably a lot of laws applying to watercraft instead...
- If Peter wants less prude acquittances, he should join another comic.
E.g. yours obviously, or Kaza's Mate Gwenna, or Grinder$...
- Concering the appreciation of Keisha's "opulent charms", dito what I said regarding Peter.
E.g. in Grinder$, her more Rubenesque body type would form a nice contrast to those of Maggie and Jo...
If my lazy artist wouldn't be so lazy-lazy, plus unfocused and aimless, he would have done some pinup fanart of her already, but he hardly finishes ever any work I tell him too do, pfffft.
PS: Pffft, which bollock voted for that lame-lame flokatihead?!
Bettina certainly deserves the award for Cryptida's most successful BreakOutCharacter!
(Which I personally think is an extremely fascinating phenomenon - especially when, like in Tiny's case, said character only debuted relatively late in the game!)

*pin up art
Do you count every pin-up drawn by the same person?
You see, a certain webcomic author has flooded me with Bettina pin-ups over the past few years, that may skew the statistics a little bit... ;-)
And thank you!
Looking into your comic's archive, you're already more than halfway there to the 600 - so keep the ball rolling, you can do it! :-)
