Ruby-Ann's bugs camouflaged as her pearl necklace may or may not be related to this technology.

And "Emerald" is of course not his real name... ;-)

Also, it seems Team "Sinister Heist Conspiracy" is off to a good start by Eisenthal throwing slurs at his team mate...

apparently frogs taste like chicken, i never tried tho. I did eat snails and they were delicious

Ah yes, snails aka escargot - the other "weird" stereotypical French food!
I think I had that too once. Reminded me a bit of oysters.

I hate to be the guy who says it, but Etzel looks like one of those Fascist Mortys.

Yes, I can kinda see what you mean...

Well, Eisenthal is a friggin' Nazi, so the "fascist" part is obviously correct...
And a Nazi uniform is a Nazi uniform. Not too much opportunity for variance here.

As for his hair, that's just my poor attempt at portraying a neatly parted "first half of the 20th century" hairstyle...

Pffft, quite a regress to the earlier Lebensreform freaky-freaks that influenced the nazis and later Hippies and new age. Sadly I forgot which Lebensreformer said this, spank me: "Es ziehmt sich nicht für einen deutschen Manne, Haar oder Bart zu scheren." But somewhere 1920ies or earlier.

The other two men sitting on that table have kept parts of their facial hair in the form of fabulous mustaches at least...

Some American (as in US, I mean, not the landmass) cultures eat frogs too. The other white meat, I guess.
Microraptor edit delete reply
Would that be in Louisiana, due to this being the most French-influenced part of the US?

That would make good sense! The one I met was from Tennessee, and I don’t think of French descent — I get the impression it was a combination of sport, enjoying the taste, and saving money.

Time travelers: Dress to fit in the respective historical era, but are actually equipped to the teeth with all kinds of high tech gadgets!

But as we'll soon see, that is not only true for our two ladies here...
