Just in case you wondered where Duval went to after last saw him...
(It seems he witnessed e.g. Ruby-Ann unfolding her high tech sword and Emerald deploying his evil flying tiepin...)

Also, upon researching what kind of handgun Duval is most likely to have, I was delighted to discover that there is actually one with the desired requirements that is called the Ruby pistol! How fitting!

Maybe someone should alert her that her ass is still on fire. (or does she fart and flames Duval?)

"Cleo, I see your ass and it's super hot!"
"Excuse me!?"

Also, farting? Please, Cleo is a lady!
And anyway, shouldn't it be the Frenchman instead who intentionally farts in people's general direction? ;-D

Excuse me, did you fart?!

I have heard* of silent farts, but this silent fart sketch was new to me! :-D

* Well, or rather not heard...

Dave Allan was a classic, but he was banned from German Television once for his many sketches about the pope and catholic church. Sadly the german tapes seem to be lost today as many other things.

Makes me wonder how the translators dealt with this particular sketch...
(Subtitles? Or just leaving it as it is...?)

I think not all Dave Allen sketches got translated (he was several decades active). But I renember the translations were better then expected generally. To be fair, many of his sketches were pantomimes, but the best parts of his show was him telling jokes while sitting on a chair drinking whiskey. There is a very rare documentation made by him in 1974 about british eccentrics - including a man who built an working ww2 fighter plane emulator with analogue electronics and videofootback or real ww2 footage in his garage. That surely lost machine should be in the annals of f(l)ight simulator arcades!

Duval had better figure out that stealin’ stuff for the Nazis (or anyone who is crass enough to work with them) is a losing game

That's kinda where Cleo's argumentation is headed to in the next page...

(My inner Trekkie is showing. I didn't realize until now that I'm basically doing the "Starfleet Captain wraps up episode with speech about ethics" thing here...)
