It seems she likes playing cards, and thus she got arrested (by Captain Bianchi himself, accompanied by Heike Hagenbeck, while a curious Marie was watching) right in the casino the Monaco Royale.
(Life itself is a gamble, as a certain general would say - and Anna gambled too high!)
However, this intermezzo won't be about Anna.
It will be about the girl in the last panel...
